Shipping Policy

At The Smoky Mountain Relic Room, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, during periods of high order volume, live shows, holidays, or special events, processing times may take up to 3 business days.

Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the following business day.

Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on the item size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of The Smoky Mountain Relic Room.

High-Value & Fragile Items
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, fragile, or historically significant. Extra care may be taken in packaging these items, which can occasionally add to processing time.

Signature Confirmation & Insurance
Orders of higher value may require signature confirmation upon delivery and may include shipping insurance for protection.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can assist with a claim.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times for international orders may vary.

Combined Shipping
If multiple orders are placed, we may combine shipments when possible to save on shipping and packaging.
