Salvaged from the wreck of the CSS Nashville Confederate Navy Warship, Blockade Runner and Privateer destroyed by enemy fire, 28 February 1863 near the Georgia Coast.

 

Notes: British-made sewing pins were essential civilian and military goods that were run through the Union Blockade at great risk to ship and crew.
